Day 2. Kettlebell only.

Today’s Workout:

  • Alternate arm bent over row – 4 sets of 15 (each arm, 30 total)
  • Bent over row and stand – 4 sets of 15
  • Standing high pull – 4 sets of 15
  • 100 sit ups

First real workout day of 2021. It was a good workout and I feel some soreness, but I kept it light to avoid overdoing it on the first day back at it.

Weight: 264 lbs (as of 3/1/2021)

Today’s Workout:

  • 2 mile walk
  • Dumbbell curls – 6 sets of 15
  • Dumbbell shoulder press – 8 sets of 10
  • Kettlebell squats – 6 sets of 10
  • 100 sit ups
