Workout Log – 3/15/2021
First real workout day of 2021. It was a good workout and I feel some soreness, but I kept it light to avoid overdoing it on the first day back at it.
Weight: 264 lbs (as of 3/1/2021)
Today’s Workout:
- 2 mile walk
- Dumbbell curls – 6 sets of 15
- Dumbbell shoulder press – 8 sets of 10
- Kettlebell squats – 6 sets of 10
- 100 sit ups
